§2. PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that:
- We process data for the following purposes:
- performance of a contract or taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- handling complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- storing documentation and fulfilling the legal obligations imposed on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- monitoring and improving service quality – asking you to complete a survey or answer questions about service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- displaying personalised commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
